POLYURETHANE SPRAY-UP UNITS Matrasur Composites offers two comprehensive lines dedicated to the spray-up of polyurethane resins : MATRAFOAM Machine Range: This range of machines is intended for the spray-up of polyurethane foams commonly used for thermal insulation and soundprooffing purposes. MATRACOAT Machine Range: This range of machines is designed for the application of industrial coatings and the manufacturing of decoration elements. We offer both pneumatically and hydraulically powered machines with outputs from 4kg/min to 14 kg/min according to your application. Each machine is supplied with its gun, hose set (different lengths available), heaters (1.5 kW, 5kW, etc) and a wide range of options. Training is a key element to make a project successful.
