Description

Maestro XS is a control device able to adapt the air compressor operation to the load profile required by the network to which it is connected. Provided with several programming and operation and anomaly analysis levels, it allows the optimal management of the compressor, increasing efficiency and reducing waste. Maestro XS features IP 65, a high protection rating that makes it suitable for any installation and protects it from external agents. Easy Use Maestro XS is equipped with an ergonomic control panel with keys for quick access to the main menus with semi-graphical LCD display. It is provided with multilingual user interface and remote machine start/stop control. Easy and Intuitive Display Analogue data (line pressure, pressure in the chamber, oil temperature, outgoing air temperature) and general data (alarms, operational messages, machine status, maximum and minimum pressure, latest start-up and latest stop) are available in an easy and intuitive way. A counter is also provided. Programming Levels Maestro XS is able to program basic and advanced parameters for optimal compressor operation. Weekly and hourly programming of starts and stops is possible: the integrated clock allows you to start and stop the compressor at preset times without the physical presence of an operator at the prearranged moment. Immediate View of Machine Status Maestro XS is provided with event archive, storage of up to 20 anomalies and integrated dryer control. It is programmed to refer the following machine statuses: activated compressor, running compressor, compressor under load, compressor blocked.
