This power backup module consists of ceramic-packaged all-solid-state batteries connected in parallel to achieve high capacity. Its integrated charging and voltage boosting circuits eliminate the need for customer-side board design, enabling rapid integration into power backup systems. The module is suitable for industrial robots, PLCs etc.

Industrial equipment that relies on primary batteries for backup power requires periodic battery replacement. This maintenance often necessitates temporary equipment shutdowns, which can reduce manufacturing line availability. In some operating environments, batteries may also become depleted earlier than expected, prompting production sites to check remaining battery capacity more frequently than originally planned.
By installing this module with an expected service life of more than 10 years in industrial robots, PLCs, and other equipment, users can significantly reduce the labor and downtime associated with battery replacement.
