Description
Vertical metal detector with integrated magnetic grid and Automatic Ejection System (AES) designed for inspection and separation of ferromagnetic contaminants in bulk, granular and powder products within high-flow tubing and vertical packing lines. The product passes first through the magnetic grid to extract micron-sized ferromagnetic metals and oxides, then through the metal detector sensor; on detection, the AES removes contaminated product.

The ALK separator is an upgrade of the CKDE pipeline metal detector and offers:

• separation of micron-sized ferromagnetic metal particles via the integrated magnetic grid
• automatic ejection of detected contaminated product using AES
• suitable for high-flow tubing and vertical packing lines
• design facilitating routine cleaning and maintenance
