Description

Overview
Certified personnel perform TIG and semi-automatic welding on carbon steel, Corten, stainless steel and aluminum. Our welding workshop produces complex and precise metal parts across a range of volumes. Production capacity depends on material, part complexity and project requirements; we handle custom prototypes, small batches and high-volume production with controlled lead times.

Materials we weld
  • Carbon steel: Widely used for structural and industrial applications; favorable weldability and mechanical strength.
  • Corten: Weathering steel often used in architectural and structural projects; welding requires specific procedures to preserve material properties.
  • Stainless steel: Corrosion-resistant material used where oxidation resistance is required; welding needs thermal control and appropriate filler selection.
  • Aluminum: Lightweight and used in sectors such as aerospace and shipbuilding; welding requires specialized equipment and experienced operators due to high thermal conductivity.

TIG Welding for Large-Sized Parts
TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode and an inert gas (e.g., argon) to protect the weld area. For large parts, TIG is applied using high-capacity power sources, electrode cooling, welding manipulators and controlled joint preparation (beveling, milling) to ensure uniform, high-quality welds. Precise control of arc speed, arc distance, heat input and choice of filler metals is essential.

Assembly and complementary services
We provide assembly and integration of welded components into larger structures, including testing and adjustments. Complementary services to deliver complete assemblies include cutting, bending, machining and surface finishing.
