M-TA Oven provides unequalled flexibility to meet the demand for current and future product diversity, while entirely integrating industrial needs of product quality, profitability and ease of use. Flexible, precise and efficient, this oven launched in september 2018 during IBA trade fare, received the IBA Innovation Award. The Oven is a single deck built with several modules of 25m² maximum. Each module is 100% independent from the adjacent modules and separated by height adjustable curtains. It is possible to adjust both temperature and heating mode for each module which represents a baking zone : On top: radian heat, convection or a combination of both On the bottom: radian theat or convection Steam injection and extraction By adjusting each module settings, it is possible to build and infinite range of baking recipes adapted to a wide range of products with a high level of precision.
