CT-SET V 2D galvo scanner set Galvo motor kit for 2D laser beam deflection in the X and Y direction with maximum precision and speed. Ideally suited to any kind of precise and rapid laser beam deflection thanks to its very high scan speed. The galvos are already fitted with dielectric flat mirrors and the driver electronics are calibrated to the galvos. The drivers provide a full-fledged floating earth symmetrical input as well as feedback pickup options for ScanFail systems. The maximum beam size must amount to no higher than approx. 4mm. Larger mirrors up to a beam diameter (aperture) of approx. 5mm are optionally available. When developing the CT-SET, particular value was placed on excellent repeatability, combined with very fast step response.
