Description

The inspection system for counting machines This inspection system for counting machines was developed to increase the product quality of filled tablets and capsules. Visual anomalies are automatically detected and reliably removed. The system is suitable for equipping both new machines at machine manufacturers (OEM) and for retrofitting on existing counting machines with vibratory chutes in packaging operations (retrofit). All common manufacturers such as Cremer, IMA Swiftpack, Marchesini, King, Countec, Pharma Packaging Systems, Capmatic, CVC, Deckert, Bellatrx, Collischan and others are supported. Each tablet or capsule is precisely inspected by a high-speed color camera system for the following characteristics: • Submix • Fracture & Cracks • Size & Shape • Chips & Spots Additionally the CountSecure has a unique ejection system: Each conveyor lane has its own suction mechanism, which in the event of a tablet being detected as incorrect, springs out, sucks the tablet away and retracts again. Production can thus continue almost unhindered and the efficiency of the packaging line is not affected in the long term • Detailed analysis function of the control parameters for continuous process optimization • Defect image management and analysis, as well statistics to support smart digitalization in pharmaceutical production (Pharma 4.0) • Multilevel user management • Product / recipe management • GMP and CFR 21 Part 11 compliance
