The AWM-1200 extraction wall is designed to capture and remove airborne contaminants such as dust and particulates generated by manual grinding with power tools, mechanical brushing, deburring and other mechanical processing operations.

Integrated design
Compact, integrated unit intended for direct connection to a ventilation or filtration system; only a connection to the central extraction is required.

Application

• Hand grinding — manual grinding operations using power tools
• Mechanical brushing — removal of rust, paint coatings or scale from surfaces
• Deburring and edge rounding — removing burrs after cutting or casting to prevent spread of metal filings on the shop floor
• Detail polishing — capturing polishing compound particles and fine dust produced during high-gloss finishing
