Automatic Mattress Production Line increases production capacity and quality with mattress conveyor system for companies with high production capacity. Automatic Tape Edge Machine: This machine is designed to close the edges of the mattresses from 5cm to 40cm high easily with the help of the Mattress Turning Arm. Thanks to the Automatic Flip Flopping arms the machine can sew the both sides of the mattresses if needed. Quality Control and Cleaning Conveyor: The machine is designed to help the operators to do the cleaning and control the quality of the mattresses coming from the line. With the help of Pedals the mattresses can be turned 3600 and flip flopped. Shape of Line: Line is transformed straight - «I» or «L» form by diving with additional conveyors according to requested capacity and free space. Cross Conveyor: This conveyor is directing carcass, mattresses, to different directions according to the shape of line «L», «T», «U» High Speed: Conveyor speed is 30 mt/min.
