Antares ST30 is a system designed by Metalcoop for racking with shelves that consists of two Antares uprights with plastic or galvanized steel support feet and a number of cross-braces according to the height of the frame. It is an ideal solution for archiving or storing light and medium loads handled manually, which offers robustness and maximum adaptability to warehouse areas. The Antares ST30 system can also be used for multilevel systems. The standard heights of the Antares system are 1000, 1500, 2000, 2250, 2500, 2750 mm, and from 3000 to 5500 mm every 250 mm. The standard depths are 300, 350, 400, 500, 600 mm. Antares ST30 system components: •UPRIGHT: it has a rectangular, 30x45mm closed-section shape, seamed and stiffened to achieve a considerable resistance to torsion as well as flexion and compression loads. •CROSS-BRACE: interlocking with the two uprights of the frame, it is built out of a U profile with hooks at the ends. •PLASTIC FOOT AND STEEL FOOT: the first one is installed as a standard element while the second one is used for higher load capacities. •ANTARES HOOK: specially designed to allow easy insertion into the frames ensuring the load capacity of the shelf and contributing to the stability of the shelving itself. •VEGA SHELF: it is obtained by press forming a single, polished DC01 steel sheet with 0.5 mm thickness for shelves with depths 300, 350 and 400 mm, and 0.6 mm thickness for shelves 500, 600, 700 and 800 mm deep. These shelves are boltless, i.e. they are assembled completely interlocking without screws.
