Perf-O6 Safety Grating is referred to as an O-shaped perforated metal plank or safety stair tread. It is a typical type of the Perf-O anti-slip grating series, composed of one big concave circular hole surrounded by 6 small convex round holes. These 6 small bumps provide an excellent slip-resistant function and the big hole allows fluids, mud, and other debris to get through to keep a clean surface. Just like grip strut safety grating, this Perf O6 grating can also be made into either open or closed ends. METART offers full custom-made services for open ends metal planks and safety stair treads. Pre-galvanized Steel and aluminum alloy are the most commonly used material for this grating. Besides these materials, we can also produce them in stainless steel, mill-finished mild steel, or have them electro-galvanized. We can’t supply a hot dip galvanized option for this pattern, as the small round hole is easy to be stuck by the zinc after coating. For some custom-made exotic shape machine parts or truck stair treads, we can also provide a powder-coated service for this design of safety gratings.
