This refers to those decorative wire mesh panels cut into sizes for architectural applications for interiors and exteriors. They are always called decorative wire mesh panels and architectural wire mesh panels. Unlike those wire mesh rolls, the wire mesh panels are pre-cut to suitable sizes, making it easier for packing, transportation, and installation.
This is a very simple architectural metal mesh design that evolved from industrial woven wire mesh.
The sample we are exhibiting here is made of grade 304 stainless steel wires, the most commonly seen and used stainless steel type in interiors.
Additionally, we can customize many other grades of stainless steel alloys based on customers' requirements, as well as luxurious copper and copper alloys, please refer to the following most popular finish options.
Before weaving, both the warp and weft wires must undergo a crimping process. The warp wires are crimped directly to very regular up-and-down crimps, similar to most industrial crimped wire mesh products.
Whereas, the weft wires need to be both crimped and milled at the same time to create a flattened surface for a better visual experience to suit some architectural applications.
Explanations of the patterns code.
METART-WW29 is the major pattern code, this architectural wire grid design belongs to the WW29 series.
Number "2", symbolizes the wire diameters of this wire mesh is 2mm, including both warps and wefts.
Number "311", represents the slot opening size 3x11mm, the actual measurement ranges from 2.9 to 3mm and 10.5 to 11mm.
