The rugged RT-1 soil temperature sensor is an easy-to-use sensor for measuring the temperature of soil or other materials.
This sensor is stainless steel, completely waterproof, submersible, and designed for continuous outdoor use.
The rugged RT-1 sensor is plug and play with the Em50, EM60, and ZL6 data logger series. To measure volumetric water content and temperature, we recommend using the TEROS 11 or TEROS 12 sensor.
