The hydraulic Angle roll Rebel 50 has 3 powered rolls in pyramidal position. The top roll is moveable up-down. The shafts are made of high tensile steel. The rolls diameter is 5.98” for top roll and 6.38” for bottom rolls. With its 1.1 kW hydraulic motor, the roll bender is efficient for rolling pipes, profiles, angle iron or flat bars. Its universal standard rollers adapted to all types of sections and pipes. Some special bending tools for UNP beams can be added as extra accessories. Optionally also, we can add hydraulic lateral guide rolls, CNC and tridimensional lateral guides. Our Rebel Series Angle roll machines are equipped with: Planetary gearbox installed directly on each roller, with hydraulic motor and high-load rotation to concentrate the machine’s power on the material for bending and save energy Radial planetary motion system on bending rolls to keep friction to a minimum Permanent lubrication of all machine components inside watertight compartments with a unique system that lubricates the machine for the duration of its lifespan Double ball bearings to eliminate bushing tolerance and the friction that leads to power loss 2 digital Read-Outs
