The compact TFFS is a bagging machine with a tubular film roll from Metral. It has minimal maintenance costs perfect for applications that includes plastics, chemicals, fertilisers, organic chemical products, salt, wood pellets, and many more. The machine has 1400 bags/hr mechanical speed, 1200 bags/hr production speed, 10-80 liters bag volume, 350-750 mm length of full bag, 295-450 mm gusset bag width, 365-650 bag width w/o gussets, 210/250 mm minimum distance between gussets, 1500 mm maximum roll diameter, 80-220 microns film thickness, 130 liters compressed air consumption at 6 bar/cycle, 16-23 kW installed power and 2-3 tons machine weight in accordance with the configuration.
