The ML800HC-CART is a complete food delivery solution for professional catering and foodservice operations. This bundle pairs a red ML400 front-load pan carrier equipped with an MLH1 heater for holding hot foods and a blue ML400-BU front-load pan carrier for cold items. An MLD1 dolly and a strap are included to simplify transport and delivery. The ML400 carriers maintain safe food temperatures for 5+ hours and each accommodates approximately 60 quarts (≈57 L) of food. Constructed from advanced expanded polypropylene (EPP) polymer foam and high-density components, these carriers resist impact while remaining lightweight; Mightylite carriers weigh approximately 60% less than traditional urethane foam-filled polymer models. Eight integrated ergonomic handles provide flexible lifting and handling options.
