MetroMax i Industrial Plastic Shelving Units deliver high-capacity, corrosion-resistant storage for commercial and industrial settings. MetroMax i combines engineered polymer shelves with Type 304 stainless steel corner reinforcement to provide a per-stationary-unit rated capacity of up to 2000 lbs, with individual shelf capacities of up to 1000 lbs for 24"–48" lengths and 750 lbs for 54" and longer (evenly distributed). Durability & Warranty
Designed for dry and damp environments, MetroMax i features heavy-duty polymer posts and advanced plastic shelves reinforced at the corners with Type 304 stainless steel. The racks resist rust, flaking, and degradation in wet or frequently cleaned areas. MetroMax i shelves and polymer posts carry a lifetime warranty against rust formation and corrosion. General product coverage: one (1) year limited warranty for defects in material and workmanship (restrictions apply).

Hygiene & Maintenance
Shelf mats include built-in Microban antimicrobial protection to reduce microbial growth between cleanings. Mats are removable and can be washed by hand or in commercial washers/dish machines. Open-grid mats promote airflow and light penetration; solid mats (one-piece) are used on solid shelves up to 60" to provide spill containment. A solid bottom shelf helps protect stored items from dirt and debris.

Adjustability & Assembly
Shelves adjust in 1" increments along grooved, numbered posts using one-piece wedge connectors to accommodate changing inventory needs. Preconfigured MetroMax i stationary units include four stationary posts with adjustable leveling feet and the specified number of MetroMax i shelves with one-piece wedges for straightforward assembly.
