Metrohm's Metrosep Amino Acids 1-100/4.0 is a standard separation column ideal for amino acid determination. This is possible through the UV/UVIS (Photometric) detection, which follows PCR with ninhydrin at 120°C. The column is based on sulfonated polystyrene-divinylbenzene material and can separate up to 44 amino acids in practice and research.
