MultiACM™ Technology The MultiACM (Analog Condition Monitoring) technology within industrial weighing indicators allows you to upgrade your existing strain gauge weighing system to get more data without having to replace the load cells. Upgrade your system at a minimal cost while getting modern industrial Ethernet and cloud connectivity. MultiACM allows you to get individual load cell data for better condition monitoring and center of gravity applications. Smart Factory features for IND360 such as OPC UA communication allow for weighing data to be easily shared with other systems while simultaneously communicating with OT systems such as a PLC or DCS via industrial ethernet. When using the optional tank/vessel application with IND360 MultiACM, guided tank commissioning including shimming guidance and center of gravity indication via LoadAdvisor is available. This greatly reduces the time and effort needed for commissioning tank systems. With MultiACM, you can detect specific load cell errors such as broken cables and monitor weight values of individual load cells to discover negative trends that would be impossible to detect with a traditional analog weight indicator.
