MF 50 – Vertical packaging machine for small formats The MF 50 is a compact vertical packaging machine designed for small formats up to 1 kg, ideal for medium to high production rates. It is suitable for a wide range of free-flowing products such as snacks, dried fruit, rice, sugar, and legumes. It produces bags ranging from 40x50 mm to 190x400 mm, in various formats: pillow bags, square-bottom, four-seal, gusseted, riveted edges, or doypack-like. Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, the MF 50 combines reliability, compact design, and versatility, making it an excellent solution for small and medium-sized companies. Available in two versions: - STANDARD, up to 35 packs/minute - SPEEDY, up to 105 packs/minute, thanks to the special “up-down” motion of the sealing bars driven by brushless motors. The machine ensures secure vertical and horizontal sealing without damaging the packaging material, with the option of modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) to extend product shelf life. Multiple dosing systems can be integrated depending on customer needs, all designed for easy inspection and hygiene. The touch screen panel with alphanumeric display allows operators to easily manage the working cycle, sealing parameters, and bag dimensions. Entirely manufactured in our production facility, the MF 50 can be seamlessly integrated with secondary packaging machines.
