MF 52 VACUUM – Vertical vacuum packaging machine The MF 52 VACUUM is a vertical packaging machine designed for vacuum packaging of small and medium formats up to 5 kg, ideal for medium to high production rates. With a capacity of up to 20 bags/minute (10 with a single chamber, 20 with a double chamber), it produces compact, perfectly sealed, and easy-to-handle bags, ensuring extended shelf life of the packaged product. The bags, made from flat film reels and sealed by a hot bar, can reach sizes of up to 330 x 400 mm. The machine is particularly suitable for free-flowing products such as coffee, rice, and dried fruits. Thanks to its AISI 304 stainless steel structure, combined with a vacuum chamber and forming tube designed for quick format changeovers, the MF 52 VACUUM combines versatility, hygiene, and ease of use. The integrated touch screen panel allows the operator to intuitively manage the entire production cycle, maintaining full control over every packaging phase. Entirely designed, assembled, and tested in Italy, it can be equipped with different dosing systems depending on the product and customer requirements.
