Description

The MHM TC200 & TRC200 Multi-Chamber Baler is an efficient solution for compacting and sorting various materials such as cardboard, paper, plastic film, and other waste types. Each chamber features its own hydraulic bale ejection system, facilitating easy removal of bales onto a pallet, and includes four tying points per chamber for secure bale strapping. The top-loading design streamlines the process of loading waste into the baler, offering improved maintenance and reduced servicing costs compared to multiple single-chamber balers. This baler produces 200 kg bales of cardboard and is designed with retainers to minimize material spring back in the bale chamber. The system is equipped with a PLC panel that controls automatic compaction cycles and includes a bale full indicator light for convenience. Additional features include a galvanized finish for durability, alternative power supply options, and the possibility to add more compaction chambers as needed. Features Available in different colours options Suitable for small volumes of waste materials Equipped with retainers to prevent spring back of material in the bale chamber Extras Insert to crush small cans Galvanised finish Alternative power supplies PLC auto compaction cycles
