Description

The 1000SC is MHM's smallest EPS compactor, specifically designed for white goods retailers, retail stores, and fishmongers/processors. Ideal for handling annual volumes of up to 12 tonnes, depending on waste density, the MHM 1000SC addresses the common challenges of polystyrene waste, such as significant storage requirements and frequent recycling pickups. This compact polystyrene compactor efficiently compresses EPS at a remarkable ratio of up to 50:1, transforming loose material into compacted briquettes. These briquettes are easily organized on a pallet, simplifying storage and transportation. MHM offers larger models like the MHM 2000SC and MHM 3000SC, designed to meet more demanding compaction needs for operations with higher polystyrene volumes. The MHM 1000SC provides an excellent entry-level solution for effective waste management and cost savings through efficient recycling. Features Simple automated operation Easy to use touch screen controls Low maintenance Fast continuous throughputs Reduced waste disposal costs No waste to landfill Can be adapted for outside use Galvanised version available Low maintenance Ideal for Furniture distribution Electrical appliances Distributors Fish processors Fruit importers Supermarkets
