Description

Presses and cuts fully automatically With the KAJMAN AUTOMATIC G700 automatic shears, you compact and cut all solid waste materials: scrap metal, furniture or cleaned car bodies. The open continuous method of pre-pressing and cutting ensures high quality of the processed material while maintaining high performance and small dimensions of the machine. The input material is pre-pressed in two directions. Thanks to this, you can process car bodies to a specific bulk density of 0.8 - 0.9 t / m3. We recommend adding a crane with a rotator and a grab to the equipment - this will allow you to fill the machine and handle the processed material. In this case, the machine does not depend on an external handling excavator. This has a positive effect on operating costs, as both the machine and the crane work on only one engine. Based on your wishes, we will complete the equipment of the machine with oil heating, operator's cab, automatic lubrication system or any other device. Advantages of the machine: High quality processed material (08-09 tons per cubic meter) Possibility to process light and heavy scrap and non-ferrous metals on one machine Possibility of processing car bodies The crane ensures the handling of unprocessed and processed material Quick and easy cleaning of the machine Low operating costs, including material handling, advantageous economy
