Magical as a frog's tongue
With the new DHS3060-S differential hoist, we are presenting a hoist model with an extra large stroke of 60 mm, a non-rotating piston rod and a lifting force of 7N. This means that large differences in level and distance can be compensated for when picking components.
The vacuum lifting cylinder DHS3060-S, which is operated exclusively by negative pressure, only requires one vacuum connection. The piston with the suction cup only extends when the vacuum is switched on. As fast as lightning, similar to the tongue of a frog, it gently detects workpieces from any distance within its range of action, immediately turns around and safely pulls the component back to the end position of the cylinder.
A plastic piston ring also ensures improved sliding properties, especially in the case of lateral forces or horizontal applications.
As with all our non-rotating suction cups, the retracted end position of the piston can optionally be detected with a simple magnetic field sensor. Thanks to the imperative functional principle of a differential vacuum cleaner, the piston is always in its retracted end position when the workpiece is gripped.
Take advantage of this vacuum lifting cylinder:
- highest process reliability
- Hardware and software cost savings
- Few components in the periphery
- simple energy supply with only one vacuum line
