Overview

• Standalone freshness control system for conveyor lines using RFID time-tracking.
• Automatic rejection of plates that exceed the preset shelf life via a Reject Station.
• Includes an optional sushi timer base for plate-level timing (1–4 hours).

Operation

The operator selects the target shelf life on the touch screen. Each plate is tracked by an RFID tag; when a plate reaches its expiry time the Reject Station removes it from the conveyor. The system operates standalone and does not output analytical data.
