Tension springs are manufactured with various types of loops: English, German, swivel, screwed, elongated, lateral, and shaped according to customer design. Working range: For the production of tension springs, wires with thicknesses from 0.15 mm to 12 mm are used. Materials: Various materials are used for the production of tension springs, all available in stock: - Medium carbon steels C and high carbon D (DIN 17223.1) - Low carbon steels - Iron Fe37 - Stainless steels (DIN 17224/EN10088), AISI302, AISI 316 - Pre-tempered steels (DIN 17223.2) - Copper alloys (DIN 17666 & 17677.1) - Nickel alloys - Copper and phosphor bronze alloys (EN 1652) - Brass OT67 Special materials: Upon request, the following materials can also be used: Titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy, Nimonic, René, Waspalloy, Springflex.
