HAMMERMILL SYSTEM Large hammermill improves feeding characteristics, ease of maintenance and durability, while the configured hammermill pattern maximizes production output. REMOVABLE INFEED FLOOR Removable infeed chain return floor, which allows excess material to fall away to minimize the wear on the floor, bed chain and inserts, particularly useful in land‑clearing or other applications with dirty material. TORQUE LIMITER Externally adjustable break-away torque limiter protects the driveline and hammermill from catastrophic damage. SLOPED INFEED SIDES Sloped infeed sides give the operator improved visibility and loading efficiency. VTECTION VIBRATION DETECTION SYSTEM The Vtection Vibration Detection System is used to detect excessive vibration in the rotor of a horizontal grinder. Vibration can be caused by an out-of-balance rotor, broken insert/tip, or non-shreddable material. The Vtection System will detect a non-grindable material before it has a chance to get lodged between the anvil and grate.
