RTC is a compact monobloc for bottling re-fermented still beer. The standard version comprises a bottling machine with 8 taps, a capping machine for crown caps with automatic distributor and bottle inlet and outlet belt with speed variator. The bottling machine implements a rotary gravity system and the tank unit with the taps is adjustable in height through a handle. The capping machine feeds the caps through a hopper and inserts them in the bottle neck. The conveying system can hold bottles of various sizes by quickly replacing the start. All parts in contact with the liquid are made of AISI 304 STAINLESS STEEL and are removable for easy cleaning and sterilization. The unit can be combined with an automatic rinsing machine and/or linear automatic capper/labeller. Hourly production approx. 750 – 0,75l bottles
