Heat Transfer Index, RPP Test Device, Thermal Protective Performance Tester, Flame Test Manikin, etc. ISO 17492 / NFPA 1971 / ASTM D4108 Calorimeter Application: Thermal Protective Performance Tester • Oxygen-free copper disc, a diameter of 40mm, a thickness of 1.6mm. • The front face of the copper disc is coated with a thin layer of flat black paint. • The copper disc is mounted on a 128mm by 128mm square piece of asbestos-free noncombustible heat-insulated block in a thickness of 13mm. • 30 Gauge thermocouples wires for temperature measurement. • The thermocouples are bonded in the rear of the copper disc and can be withstanding temperatures up to 200 degrees. • Quick connect fittings. ISO 6942 / EN 366 Calorimeter Application: RPP Test Device • Oxygen-free copper plate, in a rectangle shape, in the size of 50mm by 50.3mm, in the thickness of 1.6mm, in the weight of 35.9 to 36 g. • The copper plate is bent in the longer direction into an arc with a radius of 130 mm. The chord across this arc is approx. 50 mm.
