The new CEC4 is used to expand the MPL Compact Embedded Computer with a headless industrial solution with ARM CPU. CEC features a specifically designed housing to support operation in extreme environments without the need of fans or ventilation holes and also enables easy mounting on a 35mm DIN-Rail or with a flange on a wall. The compact housing is spacious enough to accommodate SSD or SATA DOM, a 5-port switch (copper and/or fiber), or other peripherals. The series can be easily tailor made even with IP67 housing and MIL connectors. CEC4 operates at -20°C to +60°C (optional -40°C to +85°C). It is built with an internal miniPCIe slot to allow various extensions (WLAN, GPRS...). It also features additional 3 USB connectors and a microSD memory card slot. The device can also be customized over an optional backplane for additional interfaces
