Seal module MS sonxSYS SEAL straight

Overview
The MS sonxSYS SEAL straight is a compact ultrasonic sealing module designed for precise longitudinal (fin) seams and top seams on pouch packaging. It delivers either firm or peelable seals for films, paper-film composites and nonwovens, and is suitable for VFFS and HFFS lines.

Module design and drive
The ready-to-integrate module uses MS "Carbon Hinge" technology for virtually wear-free guidance. It comprises a resonant unit and a complete anvil force control structure. The sonotrode is driven by the MS sonxGEN continuous sonic generator.
