Motor controllers from MTA are electronic products with drive-related functionality and are used in both stationary and mobile conveyor technology. The main function is the field-oriented control of the MTA synchronous motors. In addition, drive-related software functionalities (position control, synchronisation, STO) are available. Depending on the application, these drive controllers are designed with one motor output (e.g.: conveyor drive) up to a maximum of 12 motor outputs (e.g.: sorter application). Mechanically, motor controllers are built decentrally or integrated directly into the motor. Standardised interfaces such as CANopen or I/Os ensure easy integration into established industry standards.
