Description

The perfecdos PDos X1 is an innovative, pneumatically driven dispensing jet valve, which is the result of years of experience in automated micro-dispensing. Its patented actuator technology improves the spontaneity of the tappet drive system during the closing phase, accelerating tappet motion for shorter opening times and higher forces. This enables fine, precise and repeatable dispensing processes. The PDos X1’s performance in terms of dynamic single-drop dispensing, comparable to piezo-electric driven systems. The adjusting screw with a scale limits the tappet stroke and speed, allowing precise readjustment to address batch variations in the dispensing material. The scale is optimized for clarity, with a visible reference marking, regardless of the valve’s mounting position. The fluid contacting components can be aligned in 90° steps independently of the actuator. In its standard configuration, the nozzle area to the outer housing contour is accessible from three sides, at a distance of 10mm, allowing an integration even in constrained spaces. The fluid body and heating element are designed to ensure exceptional accessibility and visibility of the substrate with the nozzle for the operator, while also providing optimal heat transfer deep into the nozzle area. The heating element is designed as an independent, separate module. Additionally, during maintenance, the heater does not come into contact with the dispensing fluid or cleaning solvents. The PDos X1 is available as standalone unit with numerical controller or as high-end turnkey dispensing solutions integrated into one of mta standard automated platforms including: MRC500, TR300 and OEM configurations.
