Straight I-Tech small conveyor belts of type IL are often supplied without base frame as they can be integrated in various machines and processes. The lateral groove allows for easy connection to existing machine frames and creates flexibility regarding mounting of additional fittings. Depending on the task, different belt qualities, lateral guide heights, motor units, control functionalities, belt velocities, etc are used by the MTF technicians in order to provide an optimal solution. Typical applications without base frames can be found in almost every automation field (pharmacy automation, buffer solutions, feeder belts, discharge belts, transfer belts, etc.). They are also appreciated by many machine producers (injection moulding machines, blow forming machines, stamping machines, etc.) in order to discharge parts from very small machine shafts.
