Overview
MTVacuum supplies vacuum chambers and components for thin-film deposition systems. Products are engineered for vacuum processes and can be customized to customer specifications, including dimensions, port configurations and feedthroughs.

In-house metal processing & welding expertise
  • Primary fabrication processes managed in-house: cutting, bending and metal forming.
  • Welding capabilities: TIG and MIG welding performed by qualified operators.

Quality control and testing
  • Non-destructive tests available: Helium leak testing, X‑ray inspection, pressure testing and ultrasonic testing.
  • Destructive and material tests (mechanical testing, metallography) performed on request to verify conformity and reliability.
