RECEIVING PIT FILTERS The CA - F pit filters are used to extract and filter the dust produced during the cereal reception. They are installed directly on the covering grid of the reception pit in a lateral position in order not to limit the use of the pit. The construction system, in modules of 2 metre length enables, the making up of continuous intake filters estimated according to plant requirements. OPERATING PRINCIPLE The fan, provided with a silencer fitted on each module, attracts the dusty air which is retained by the filtering elements. At scheduled delays programmed by an electronic timer, sleeves are back-washed by a compressed air jet wich causes the fall of dusts into the receiving pit.
