The UTR80 ultrasonic cleaning machine is designed for industrial component cleaning. Combining detergent chemistry and controlled liquid temperature with ultrasonic cavitation, it removes organic contaminants (oils, greases, resins) and inorganic residues (machining debris, metal salts) from cutting tools and precision parts in a short cycle time.

Working principle
Detergent action supported by elevated liquid temperature weakens adherent residues. Ultrasonic cavitation generates microscopic agitation that dislodges and suspends particles, enabling complete cleaning and improved rinsing performance.
