Product description
The MX150DB grinding machine with mechanical clamping system for Doctor Blades is designed for re‑grinding creping and scraping blades used in tissue paper production (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, facial tissues). The MX150DB is suited to large paper producers and specialised resharpening centres and can sharpen up to 10 Doctor Blades simultaneously.

• Carriage drive via toothed belt for smooth translation

• High coolant flow with two nozzles on either side of the wheel
• PLC control with programmable automatic cycle and spark‑out
• Adjustable carriage travel and variable speed 1–20 m/min
• Mechanical clamping for sharpening Doctor Blades in packs (standard clamp up to 15 mm)
