BKK Model Mysilo belt conveyor provides to transport product both horizontal and inclined safely. BKK model belt conveyor is used to transport different capacities speed range (0,5 - 3,5m/s) thanks to conical roll structure and heavy construction. Besides; residual product which fall on turning belt during transporting, are reloaded on belt thanks to mechanism on head section. Hence, residual product are not available in conveyor. Intermediate discharge systems can be used. used maxsimum 3 intermediate discharge systems. *Thanks to low power, electric power can be saved. *Thanks to UHMW and hopper rolls , abrasion is low and it is long-life *It is used as inclined. *Different capacities are available. *It is used comfortably due to enclosed structure and it has special design against to waterproof. *Sealing inspection cover is available. *Standard censor is available for drum of head section. *Head section guarding is completely removable for cleaning and maintenence. *UHMW sealings on drum shafts of head section , prevent dust. *Belt ,which is connected by lock on between head section and drum, allow turning 360° in its own back yard.. *Drums which are self-cleaning, are used.
