Description
NCG2513LE with 4 high-speed main spindles is able to meet various processing requirements like nesting, shaping, grooving, top side boring. Max. speed along X & Y direction up to 50m/min, auto feed-in and out table improve the efficiency, save labor. IPC control with window 7 operation system of high stability and ease of operation.
• 3 pcs 3.5kw main spindles plus 1 pc 6kw main spindle make it possible to meet complicated processing requirement including top boring, grooving, nesting and routing some shapes.Collet type: ER32;
• Movement of Z axis by ball screw rod. The accurate movement of each axis is ensured by high quality servo motors;
• Daily grease work of transmission parts is so easy to do by using lubrication pump.
• Independent control cabinet with organized wire and high-quality electric components. IPC with Windows operation system.
