NCG5812 with twin working tables makes it possible to process panel alternately, two powerful 6kw main spindles cooperated well with one boring block to meet different requirements in panel processing like cutting panel in line and shape, top side boring and grooving, improving productivity effectively. • Heavy duty “bed” structure machine body is welded with square tube and laser-cut steel plates, then through processing of advanced CNC machine for metal work, hence enhance the stability and strength, reduce the vibration in the process; • Twin working tables makes it possible for continuous working without need of waiting while taking out finished workpieces;. • Two 6kw main spindles mainly execute panel grooving, cutting in line and shape, max rotating speed could reach 18,000 rpm/min. 10 vertical drills rotating speed up to 4,000 rpm, each drill controlled separately • The tool setting gauge gives the tool setting added speed and accuracy effectively. • SYNTEC control system provides stable performance, powerful functions and ease of use with friendly interface.
