OverviewDiesel Fuel Polishing Systems from Neftgen provide engineering-grade fuel conditioning for generators, critical power infrastructure, storage tanks and industrial fuel systems. The systems remove microbial contamination, separate free and emulsified water and capture solid particulates to keep stored diesel clean, ready-to-use and to extend tank life while reducing the need for periodic tank cleaning.
Why is Fuel Polishing Mandatory?Stored diesel contains micro-organisms and can retain water; over time sludge, biological growth and oxidation degrade fuel quality. Polishing disables microorganisms, separates water from fuel and prevents sludge formation, protecting engines, injectors and tanks and avoiding costly failures when fuel is needed for emergency generators, vehicles or equipment.
How Neftgen Fuel Polishing Systems Work- Physical contamination removal: Centrifugal pre-filtration and depth filtration capture solid particles, rust, sand and sediment to sub-micron levels, enabling ISO 4406 cleanliness targets.
- Water separation: Free and emulsified water is separated and automatically drained via a dedicated Free Water in Fuel sensor, with no manual intervention required.
- Magnetic fuel conditioning: A magnetic stage disrupts cellular structure of aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms, preventing colony formation and sludge without using biocide chemicals.
All models operate in Manual, Automatic and BMS-integrated modes. Control is via an LCD 7-inch touch screen. Data logging, trend monitoring and Ethernet remote access are standard across the range.
