PresentationA mobile fuel station is a containerized fuel storage and dispensing system designed for mining, construction, industrial facilities and remote operations. Neftgen manufactures turnkey mobile fuel stations with integrated tanks, ATEX-certified pumps, automation panels and international compliance standards.
Usage & advantagesNeftgen Mobile Fuel Stations provide a safe, flexible and low-investment fuel station solution with fast and easy installation, eliminating the need for civil construction works. These containerized fuel station systems are a cost-effective alternative to traditional fixed fuel stations, designed for industrial, commercial and remote applications.
Fuel combinationsThese containerized and portable fuel stations are suitable for dispensing multiple fuel types, including diesel, gasoline, jet fuel, kerosene, avgas, AGO, LPG and AdBlue, making them ideal for fleet refuelling, mining, construction sites, airports and temporary fuel supply operations.
Design & logisticsFuel storage capacities range from 10 m³ to 60 m³. Stations can be equipped with single-wall or double-wall fuel tanks, self-bunded tank designs, and multiple compartments according to project requirements. Systems can be supplied in 20 ft or 40 ft ISO containers, fully compliant with CSC plate requirements and suitable for international ocean transportation. Documentation for maritime logistics (BIC, SOC, CSC) can be provided.
Certifications & complianceFuel tanks can be manufactured in compliance with EN 12285-2 European Standards or UL requirements (UL-142, UL-2085). ATEX-certified, explosion-proof components are used for dispensers, pumps, lighting and electrical panels. Third-party inspection and certification reports from recognized organizations can be provided on request.
