Overview
PCIe-PoE464at is a fanless, four-port 5GBASE-T PCIe frame-grabber card with IEEE 802.3at (PoE+), engineered for industrial machine vision. It delivers per-port 5 Gb/s bandwidth, per-port PoE+ up to 25.5 W, jumbo frame support and IEEE 1588 PTP synchronization to support high-resolution inspection, AI vision, multi-camera capture and high-speed production lines. Compared with USB3 Vision, 5GBASE-T provides high-bandwidth image transmission over standard Ethernet cabling up to 100 m, offering greater flexibility for camera placement and factory layout. The card integrates four Realtek RTL8126 controllers, uses an aluminum heat spreader for thermal and mechanical stability, and provides per-port PoE on/off control for flexible power management.
