Introduction
The Jemii-150 series is a Mini-ITX carrier board for NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX and Orin Nano modules designed to simplify industrial edge AI integration. It offers BSP alignment with the Jetson Orin Nano Dev Kit and supports direct flashing via NVIDIA SDK Manager to ease software portability and migration. The Mini-ITX form factor allows use of standard chassis, thermal solutions and power supplies for straightforward mechanical integration.

Overview / Industrial capabilities
Designed for industrial edge AI applications, the Jemii-150 operates over a wide temperature range of -25°C to 70°C. Power options vary by variant: a 9–32 V DC input (Jemii-150D-PoE) or standard ATX support (Jemii-150A and Jemii-150A-PoE). I/O includes a shared PoE++ budget, isolated digital I/O, hardware-configurable serial ports and a PCIe slot for function expansion. Select variants include Allxon out-of-band (OOB) remote management and a Jemii-150D-PoE option adds CAN 2.0 for AMR/autonomous logistics integration.
