S6a is an intelligent LTE module that embeds Adreno™ 506 GPU. With the octa-core Cortex-A53 64-bit ARM processor, it supports 2.0 GHz main frequency and runs Android 9.0 OS. S6a supports positioning location Gen8C Lite (GPS, BDS, GLONASS, and GALILEO). The integrated GNSS greatly simplifies product design and provides faster, more accurate and more reliable positioning functions. S6a provides various interfaces, such as LCM, camera, touch panel, microphone, speaker, UART, USB, I2C, and SPI, which greatly expand its applications in the M2M field. It is widely applicable to VR, POS, in-vehicle devices, multimedia terminals, smart home, video surveillance, and other IoT terminals. The S6a series support multiple network modes and frequency bands, and can be used in most regions where LTE networks are deployed, including China, North America, Europe, Australia, and South America. S6a also supports EDGE and HSPA+ networks to work in regions without LTE networks deployed.
