Description
The FA series is composed of plain sheave washing machines developed by NEUE HERBOLD. They are specifically designed to cater applications that include water separation and cleaning of regrind, especially film flakes. In addition, the washing machines can be also utilized in PET- bottles flakes and other hard plastic materials. The friction washers are mounted on a zinc-coated frame. On the other hand, they are driven by a three-phase motor and an over dimensioned V-belt drive. Furthermore, the washing machines are equipped with a rotor which is responsible for the transportation of the material. This improves the cleaning effect of the washer.
