NEUHAUS NEOTEC elevators are used wherever large quantities of green coffee have to be received in a short time and conveyed quickly and efficiently in a vertical direction. Our elevators are also used as vertical conveyors for transport between the individual cleaning steps. At the feeding point, the circulating buckets attached to the robust belt or chain are filled with green coffee and, after vertical conveying, emptied at a defined point. Features • Our elevators are equipped with a return stop which prevents the filled buckets from moving back in case of a power failure. • NEUHAUS NEOTEC elevators are equipped with a misalignment sensor to prevent the buckets from hitting the walls of the elevator and to ensure that the belt or chain always runs centrically. • On demand, NEUHAUS NEOTEC elevators ensuring a higher varietal purity with residual emptying of the bottom are available. • All elevator sizes are available in ATEX design.
